BKeeperAI, LLC — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.bkeeperai.com or any related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you (“User,” “you”) and BKeeperAI, LLC (“BKeeperAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BKeeperAI provides a hybrid automated and human-assisted bookkeeping service that helps small business owners and solopreneurs manage expenses, mileage, and reconciliations through text, voice memos, and document uploads. We use AI transcription tools and human review to generate categorized expense reports and CPA-ready summaries. BKeeperAI is not a CPA firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate financial information, review monthly summaries, maintain backups, and comply with applicable laws. You remain solely responsible for tax filings, deductions, or outcomes based on data processed by BKeeperAI.

4. Account Access & Security

You authorize BKeeperAI and its technology partners (QuickBooks, Google Sheets) to access financial data solely for bookkeeping. You are responsible for your credentials. While we use encryption and safeguards, no electronic transmission is completely secure.

5. Subscription Fees & Billing

All plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. You may cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Pricing may change with notice.

6. AI and Human Review

Some services use AI to transcribe and categorize transactions. Human bookkeepers review and adjust data. Errors may occur. Users must verify reports before using them for financial decisions.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. By submitting data, you grant BKeeperAI a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve performance.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BKeeperAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to a claim. You agree to indemnify BKeeperAI from losses related to use of the Service.

9. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, BKeeperAI cannot guarantee all categorization or reconciliations are correct. You must review reports and notify us of discrepancies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, or breach. Upon termination, your data access may be limited. Export reports before cancellation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Portland, Oregon.

12. Updates to Terms

BKeeperAI may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
